Isn't it a waste of good Guinness to boil it?
I am really glad you did this shot. I was thinking of espresso steam, from the machine, all week and was not able to fit it into the schedule. Very nice shot. After a food shoot, you have to throw away all the product, correct?
As a general rule there are alway exceptions to the general rules. Therefore; this cup of espresso what not wasted.
