I want to talk about this shot. As Gerald knows I was stumped all week knowing I had no studio lights, so for me, this turned complicated. I did the shot outside, late PM sunlight, black board table, one white board reflector, one light source (thank you God).
Then development. The usual RAW to CS2, then more use of the bandaid tool and clone tool then I have ever done before, smoothing, cleaning brushing, then layers to control some hightlights and then desaturate to BW and finally contrast adjustment and sharpen.

This was a fun exercise but a whole lot of work.
